For rental and pick up/drop off  EASY cars is necessary to add the fee 357 incl. VAT.

Services with car

• a replacement vehicle, if needed, is available 24 hours / day
• all regular maintenance is done by rental company.
• Rental company provides 24-hour assistance services
• installation of corporate signs on rented vehicles, rental of accessories
• all vehicles are insured against accident, theft, natural disaster, Casco in CR and EU
• DAS legal assistance insurance (long-term rentals only)
• Rental company pays highway tax and radio fees
• in the event of accident, no rental fees will be charged for the duration of repairs

I. Subject of binding order

1. The lessee shall be delivered the type of vehicle and vehicle equipment shown in the order.
2. In the event that it is not possible to deliver the required vehicle to the lessee, the lessor reserves the right to supply a comparable vehicle to the lessee for the agreed price.
3. A reserved vehicle will remain reserved for you for a maximum of two hours after the agreed time of handover. In the event of a serious reason it is possible to change in the time of the hire. After this period has expired the contract shall be considered cancelled.
4. The vehicle must be returned at the agreed time and place according to opening hours. For a late return (by more than one hour), you will be billed for another day of hire for each 24 hours started.
5. A hire contract will be made out at the branch during the handover of the vehicle, the lodging of the depozit and payment of the hire charge according to the actual price list.
6. The lessee guarantees that the drivers shown have a valid driving licence and will have one for the duration of the hire. Neither the lessee nor other driver shown may use the vehicle for test or sporting purposes.

II. Confirmation ob order/cancellation of order

1. A confirmation of the order made will be sent to the lessee after the data processing by the method you chose for confirmation of the reservation shown in the order.
2. The length of the hire and date of hire can be changed even after the definitive confirmation of the order. It is always possible to reorder if the vehicle is available for the given time.
3. The conditions agreed by the handovering are binding and cannot be changed after the start of the hire without the express consent of the lessor.
4. Rental company reserves the right in outstanding cases to withdraw from the confirmed order.

III. Documents necessary for conclusion of contract (Only for first time)

All required papers has to be presented before delivery. In case of delivery out of rental company branch, all required papers has to be sent on emailor on fax.at least 2 hours earlier then its delivery time, or car couldn’t be delivered.
Credit cards accepted: Visa, EC/MC, American Express, Dinners Club

IV. Conditions for paid services for vehicles in the "Easy Rent" category

1. Assistance Service: This service involves the services of an assistance vehicle within the Czech Republic FREE OF CHARGE. Should, at the same time, the service “Journey Abroad“ be arranged, the assistance service involves all services of the assistance vehicle abroad FREE OF CHARGE. This service does not apply for damage caused to the tires, damage caused by improper handling (e.g. incorrect fuel, roof rack, snow chains etc.), the exchange of bulbs and situations when the Hirer runs out of fuel. In the case of unjustified use of the assistance vehicle and/or if the service is not arranged, the Hirer shall be billed in accordance with the Lessor´s valid price list.
2. Substitute Vehicle: This service involves the provision of a substitute vehicle FREE OF CHARGE. If this service is not arranged, the Hirer shall be billed for the substitute vehicle in accordance with the Lessor´s valid price list.
3. Towing the vehicle: This service includes towing of the vehicle within the Czech Republic. Should the service "Journey Abroad" be arranged, this service applies also for other countries. If this service is not arranged, the Hirer shall be billed in accordance with the Lessor´s valid price list.
4. Washing and cleaning of the vehicle: The vehicle(s) must be returned to the Lessor in a clean and tidy condition. The vehicle is considered to be clean if: Exterior bodywork, hubcaps and the windows are without visible dirt (e.g. mud, insects); Interior seats, leg room, dashboard etc. are clean (i.e. without cracks, scratches, stains, rubbish). If the vehicle is not returned clean and tidy, it shall be the Lessor´s priviledge to bill the Hirer with a penalty fee for car washing in accordance with the Lessor´s valid price list.

V. Conditions for paid services for vehicles in all categories

1. Journey Abroad: This service enables travel with the hired vehicle outside the Czech Republic into countries specified in the Agreement. In the case of an unauthorized travel abroad the Hirer shall be billed a standard fee for this service in accordance with the Lessor´s price list along with a penalty fee of 10.000,- CZK. Furthermore, all other complementary services ordered shall be terminated immediately and the Hirer shall be billed for all eventual service costs.
2. Another Driver: This service enables another (second) driver to drive the vehicle. This driver, however, must be specified in the Agreement. Any second driver must submit all documents necessary to enter into the Agreement and the Hirer must guarantee that the second driver fulfils all conditions necessary for the driving of motor vehicles of the given category demanded by the applicable law. Should the Hirer enable another person, that is in the Agreement not specified as a second driver, to drive the vehicle without this service having been ordered, it shall be the Lessor´s exclusive priviledge to bill the Hirer for this service in accordance with the Lessor´s price list along with a penalty fee of 1.000,- CZK. Furthermore, all other complementary services ordered shall be terminated immediately and all risks connected to an eventual road accident shall be taken by the Hirer.
3. Zero Excess Fee: The entire risk of loss or damage of the character ordered and confirmed (damage, theft) shall be taken by the Lessor. In case of any loss or damage it shall be the Hirer´s obligation to call the Police of the Czech Republic. Failing that, the Hirer shall be obliged to pay the full excess amount in accordance with the respective provisions of these General Conditions. The service “Zero Excess Fee“ does not apply for damage caused to the tires (impalement, puncture) and damage caused by improper handling (e.g. incorrect fuel, roof rack, snow chains etc.), exchange of bulbs and situations when the Hirer runs out of fuel. The service “Zero Excess Fee“ for cases of theft cannot be ordered in the case of first rental.
4. Road Assistance to the extent specified under paragraph 4. a, b, c (assistance service, substitute vehicle, towing) is, for the case of any fault or accidents not caused by the Hirer, already included in the rental price of all vehicles except for the vehicles included in the "EASY RENT" category. In case of faults and/or accidents caused by the Hirer, the Hirer shall be billed for these services in accordance with the Lessor´s valid price list.
5. Fuel: The Hirer is obliged to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel with which he/she took it over from the Lessor. Failing that, the Hirer shall be billed a penalty fee for refuelling specified in the Lessor´s price list and the full price for the missing fuel in accordance with topical fuel prices.

VI. Compensation for damage

1. The Hirer is obliged to inform the Lessor and the Police immediately, and to complete the Damage Report form delivered along with the vehicle, about any occurrence of a loss, i.e. even about such occurrence of a loss which involves no damage to the hired vehicle or destruction or theft thereof, and to make a list of all participants, witnesses and objects involved. Should this obligation be not fulfilled, the eventual recourse from the insurance company shall be reclaimed by the Lessor from the Hirer.
2. The Hirer is herewith obliged to pay for any costs that may arise as a consequence of a settlement of a claim that has emerged on the vehicle or in connection with its operation, if the General Conditions of Car Rental are not observed.
3. In the case of accident and/or any damage to the vehicle and/or to any of its parts caused by the Hirer or should the Party at fault not be found and/or should it become impossible to file a claim for compensation for damage with another insurance company, the Hirer shall be obliged to pay a contribution of 10%, however, an amount no smaller than 10.000,- CZK (if not agreed on by the Parties to these General Conditions otherwise), and to pay for the towing service to a repair shop determined by the Lessor or, if agreed on with the Lessor, to the Lessor´s headquarters. In case of theft of the hired vehicle the Hirer shall be obliged to pay 10% of the purchase price of the vehicle to the Lessor. The Hirer is obliged to pay the Lessor for any legitimate claims and/or eventual substractions made by the insurance company in accordance with the insurance conditions of the insurance company with which the vehicle is insured.
4. The Hirer is obliged to pay for any loss or damage, including any lost profit during the repair of the vehicle, if such repair shall become necessary as a consequence of operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, medication, drugs and/or other substances.
5. The Hirer herewith expresses his/her explicit consent with the fact that it is the Lessor´s exclusive priviledge to withdraw all rental costs, damage costs and/or any other legitimate claims from the Contract of Car Rental and/or the General Conditions and/or any eventual subsequent billing from the Hirer´s credit card.

VII. Protection of personal data

The lessee agrees to the lessor handling and using his personal data for the purposes of performing the contract. This personal data will be provided to third parties only if the lessor considers it essential to avert or avoid unlawful activity or activity punishable under the law.
