Ticket price & delivery?
Ticket prices are per person. On receipt of your booking, we email you a voucher with confirmation details. Have this voucher ready upon your meeting before the tour starts.
What buses do you use for the tours, are they air-conditioned?
All our buses are comfortable and air-conditioned Mercedes Benz Sprinter or Iveco buses seating 19 persons. Therefore each group can have up to 19 people only.
Are the tours guided by qualified guides in person?
Yes, they are. All our guides are professionals with PIS licence (Prague Information Centre Exams). The commentary is usually given in two languages in a bus.
Do I need to book my tour in advance and when at the latest?
Our agency is absolutely flexible. We are able to confirm your reservation a few hours before departure. Our recommendation is to book your tour as soon as possible (especially important for groups or in case of different language choice than English).
How do you organize the pick up service in hotels?
Having done the fixed booking, the client is given the exact time to be picked up in the hotel. Our driver fetches the client from the hotel reception.
If the client stays in a private apartment or a family pension with no reception, we expect the client to wait on the street in front of the house at the given time to be picked up. The pick up bus will take the client to our starting point , where he/she will present a voucher and pay for the booked tour (if not pre-paid).
The pick up time at the hotel is different from the time of the tour departure.
How the dinner is being served on the boat in Prague by Night programme and in Folklore Evening?
There is a selfservice buffet on the boat: cooked and cold meals (baked meat, fish, pommes frites, rice, vegetable and pasta salads, Czech specialities, fruit, desserts etc.)
In Folklore Evening a large dinner is served (a starter, the main course, a dessert with a cup of coffee). Drinking Moravian wine, beer or soft drinks has no limits.
