Accommodation price |
Our prices are based on known costs children’s reduction in most of the accommodation facilities. |
Payments & Prices |
Our prices include all taxes and local charges. Payments are charged in Czech Crowns CZK . Our money converter shows approximate prices in the currencies EUR, USD and RUR depending on actual exchange rate. |
Booking |
Exact rates will be confirmed at the time of the booking. All reservations are definite after confirmation in writing sent by Prague Tourist Guide. |
Conditions of Payment |
Full advance payments to be made by credit card or by bank transfer. Payment by credit card is obligatory, exceptionally the bank transfer can be accepted. In that case a 1,5% administration fee will be added to a total price. Upon payment a voucher for the whole stay will be issued and sent to the client. |
| Internet Security Payment |
Prague Tourist Guide offers the highest level of security to all clients. VISA, MasterCard, VISA Electron cards are accepted (provided the issuing bank has covered the card by the 3D-Secure system). When our clients are ready to pay they are redirected to our partner bank (Ceska Sporitelna) in new window. Both Prague Tourist Guide and client will obtain an "Acknowledgement of the receipt " after successful completion of the payment.
Note: You will be asked to insert the controlling code when using your card. The control code is also called the CVC-Card Validation Code for MasterCard and the CVV-Card Validation Value for Visa. The CVC is a three-digit code and it is printed on the back of the card in the signature stripe (the last 3 digits). |

Complains |
Complains for unsatisfactory services provided by Prague Tourist Guide can be claimed either by the client in person immediately, or through the foreign travel agent that had arranged the services with Prague Tourist Guide. Any complaints have to be passed to on to office during the stay only. |
Bookings made with Prague Tourist Guide do not include any type of insurance.
We also strongly advise to each client to check their visas (if required), validity of their passports and other documents. All information concerning customs, health or other regulations and others can be obtained at any Czech Embassy. It will client's failure to observe these and Prague Tourist Guide will follow steps according to cancellation conditions.
Client is responsible to check all the documents issued or provided by Prague Tourist Guide.

If a cancellation takes place and payment has not been taken already, we will deduct the full
amount due from your credit card. |
Cancellation conditions for other services (sport activities, restaurants, sightseeing tours, car rental) are individual and will be always sent to you with our offer before payment or reservation are made.
Ticket reservation is matter of our contract partner where you make booking and online payment.
It may happen that some accommodation facilities differs from our cancellation conditions. If so we will inform you in advance and also it will be written in your voucher. |
