Christine and I had a wonderful stay in Prague, it is such a beautiful and interesting city - a perfect choice for our special anniversary. Although I always worry about arrangements not working out, I was so impressed with the three events that you organised for us. Each one was just as I had wanted it and the pick-up and drop-off worked out well. We especially enjoyed the Folklore evening and would stronlgy recommend it to anyone visiting Prague (indeed I have already done so).

Thank you for contacting me regarding the Mysteries tour. We did take it, but as it was quite crowded at 18.00hs, the guide asked us if we wouldn't mind to come back and meet him at 21.00hs. It was not a problem at all (even better!) and it was really nice!
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your kind and great service and both tours guides. You really have one of the most beautiful and enchanting cities, and its people made us enjoy it 100%, as well.

К сожалению, только самолет немного опоздал - поэтому у нас несколько меньше времени осталось на экскурсию.
В целом - Прагв - великолепный город, гид был тоже великолепый и организация - на хорошем уровне.
У нас сейчас возрастает поток туристов в Чехию из России - это связано с тем, что теперь можно ездить в Чехию по Шенгенской визе; так что будем Вас активно рекомендовать.

Karlovy Vary Spa Treatment Stay January 2008

Thank you very much for your assistance and booking at Richmond Parkhotel, Karlovy Vary.
Service is targeted more for the older people but is also
good for the relaxing family holidays. Buffet is good with the limits, room is nice, treatment is good. All in all it is very good for the price I have paid.
The only disadvantage is location of the hotel as it is 20-30 min away from the main springs. But someone can say it is good for a walk.
Thank you again for the help. Besides it is very helpful to have Russian speaking stuff in the company.
We will be in touch for my next holidays in Czech Republic for sure.

Dear Jana,
We were very happy that you were able to help us so quickly to get us our room in Prague. Our only complaint is that the room was advertised as a double bed, when in fact it was three single beds.
This was not such a big deal since a similar room was the only thing we had found before your help, but I think it is common practise by hostels to falsely advertise their rooms, so maybe you could chase them up about it.
Other than that, we had a great New Year celebration in Prague.

My trip to Prague was excellent. Prague is a very beautiful city. My friend and I had a wonderful time at "U Vejvodu". It is a great place to celebrate the New Year and meet new people, and it is very close to Staromestka Namesti, so we had a chance to enjoy the firework on a New Year night. Everything was perfect.
We also enjoyed our dinner at "U Kalicha" - wonderful atmosphere and very nice place to go.
If I would travel to Prague again (I certainly hope I will), I would use your services again - you helped me to make my trip to Prague easy and pleasant.

I used the Prague Tourist Guide for a work trip recently and found it excellent. My schedule was very tight, I needed to arrange accommodation and transportation quickly and also needed to use local knowledge to source what I needed whilst working in Prague.
Every E-mail was answered promptly, no request was too much trouble and the entire trip was organised through one person with the minimum of hassle.
