City Tours January 2009
Dear Jana, We have just arrived back this morning and have had a wonderful stay in your city! Prague is truly beautiful and we enjoyed every minute of it - even though it was so cold!!!!! FEEDBACK: The guide for the haunted tour was excellent - it was Kiki from Colorado. She was informative and well spoken. The guide for our Communist tour was also excellent - it was George. He was incredibly interesting and had postcards and pictures to show us the different people he spoke about and media coverage etc. That was really excellent and made it easier to understand as their is so much information to take in at once! The Folklore evening was fine. The service was excellent and the food was good - I was just disappointed in the show itself. It could be that we did a traditional Slovenian evening in Ljubljana, Slovenia the week before and that evening was truly memorable and exceptional. So comparing the two - which I suppose one should not do, but it was hard not too! Made the show disappointing, but nevertheless, it was a very enjoyable evening! I should like to thank you sincerly for all the trouble you went to in organizing the tours/events for us and it was an absolute pleasure to work with you. Beer Bath Trip + Vienna Trip November 2008
Jana, I had an amazing time in Prague! Jakub was a great driver and guide. He was very friendly and knew exactly the best places to take us in Vienna when we had no idea where to go or what to do. In addition to being timely, he was always courteous and respectful. He seemed to truly want to help us make the most of our travel experience. In fact, when we arrived in Chodovar a bit early, he took us to see a nearby monastery. We enjoyed our time with him on our first outing so much that we requested him for our day in Vienna and our airport transfer on our way home. I will most definitely recommend his services to friends and family who plan to visit Prague. The Chodovar spa was fantastic. Everyone there was very pleasant and helpful. The beer bath was a unique and wonderful experience. The massage there was not so great. The tour of the brewery was fine but since it was only given in Czech, it was hard for me to follow along. In addition to the wonderful experience we had with Jakub, your assistance in planning our trip was most appreciated. You were patient with me when scheduling our day in Chodovar and were always willing to do whatever was necessary to ensure a happy and safe trip for us. I can't thank you enough for all that you did for us but mostly for connecting us with our new Czech friend, Jakub. Please let me know if I can provide you with any additional information. Beer Bath Trip October 2008
Hello Jana, We really enjoyed our trip to Chodova Plana! Jiri, our driver was very kind and accommodating and the car was clean. The Pilsen brewery tour was good, except a later lunch would have been good. I know thats not your end! The accommodation in Chodova was amazing. The beer bath was a great experience. I would recommend the use of the prague tourist guide to anyone. If you are looking for more specific feedback I would love to know. Thanks again! Laura Australia

Prague Package October 2008
Hello Jana, I have comeback from my holidays in Prague. I wish to thank you for all your assistance. It was a wonderful holiday for us. I wish to share my experience & feedback. - The accommodation was really good. I will strongly recommend this apartment for a family with kids or even for couples without kids. It was clean and spacious. It has just great location. So close to all important points. Our stay was highly satisfactory in this apartment. - Airport transfers were very good. - I did not know that the "Four hour city tour" you offered was a walking tour. I would not have preferred a walking tour, had I known this earlier. Even though I understand that walking tour is best in Prague, but with a 4.5yr old child it's difficult to walk for so long. Hence we had to discontinue after one hour. Ofcourse the guide was really good in this walking tour. He understood our problem and moved slowly. - The castle tour was excellent. Jana, Christine and I had a wonderful stay in Prague, it is such a beautiful and interesting city - a perfect choice for our special anniversary. Although I always worry about arrangements not working out, I was so impressed with the three events that you organised for us. Each one was just as I had wanted it and the pick-up and drop-off worked out well. City Tours Eater 2008

We did take it, but as it was quite crowded at 18.00hs, the guide asked us if we wouldn't mind to come back and meet him at 21.00hs. It was not a problem at all (even better!) and it was really nice! Karlovy Vary Spa Treatment Stay January 2008
Good day, Irzy Thank you very much for your assistance and booking at Richmond Parkhotel, Karlovy Vary. Service is targeted more for the older people but is also good for the relaxing family holidays. Buffet is good with the limits, room is nice, treatment is good. All in all it is very good for the price I have paid. The only disadvantage is location of the hotel as it is 20-30 min away from the main springs. But someone can say it is good for a walk. Thank you again for the help. Besides it is very helpful to have Russian speaking stuff in the company. We will be in touch for my next holidays in Czech Republic for sure. Regards, Valery Schindler

New Year Celebration
Dear Jana, We were very happy that you were able to help us so quickly to get us our room in Prague. Our only complaint is that the room was advertised as a double bed, when in fact it was three single beds. This was not such a big deal since a similar room was the only thing we had found before your help, but I think it is common practise by hostels to falsely advertise their rooms, so maybe you could chase them up about it. New Year Celebration
Hello Jana, My trip to Prague was excellent. Prague is a very beautiful city. My friend and I had a wonderful time at "U Vejvodu". It is a great place to celebrate the New Year and meet new people, and it is very close to Staromestka Namesti, so we had a chance to enjoy the firework on a New Year night. Everything was perfect. We also enjoyed our dinner at "U Kalicha" - wonderful atmosphere and very nice place to go. If I would travel to Prague again (I certainly hope I will), I would use your services again - you helped me to make my trip to Prague easy and pleasant. Thank you very much! Ludmila

Business Trip November 2007
I used the Prague Tourist Guide for a work trip recently and found it excellent. My schedule was very tight, I needed to arrange accommodation and transportation quickly and also needed to use local knowledge to source what I needed whilst working in Prague. Every E-mail was answered promptly, no request was too much trouble and the entire trip was organised through one person with the minimum of hassle. Very professional outfit. I'll be using it again.
