The house is in Tynska Street in the historical centre of the city. It is about 50 metres from the Wenceslas Square. As a residential house it provides exceptionally comfortable and cosy accommodation for guests in an elegant and quiet environment.
The house has five storeys. The top floor had been converted into private attic flats. The basement retains its medieval characteristics, including the fragments of a Gothic portal, and at present it is used as a gallery as are the some parts of the ground floor.
On the ground floor there is a small studio suitable for tourists or people on business trip visiting Prague for a short period of time.
